Guaranteed Weapons Development Upgrade:
Anytime you fail during the weapons development phase, simply click skip to get to the purchase units phase, go to preferences and select time machine, then go back one phase to weapons development. You’ll have all the IPCs you did before your first attempt so you can repeat as many times as desired at no cost.
